We are recruiting: we are hiring a machinist in Roberts County, South Dakota. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. On the job you will handle: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges Requirements: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
