Punch press operator wanted in Vernon Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a punch press operator in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a forging and pressing unit. You should have: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Your main tasks: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits.
