Sample machinist • Maiyama, Kebbi State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sample machinist in Maiyama, Kebbi State. You will be based in a textile and apparel unit. Your main tasks: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Pay around ₦235,000 per month, based on your experience.
