Now hiring: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Clayton County, Iowa. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day to day you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
