Shop floor worker • Woodford County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Woodford County, Illinois. The role involves stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch; keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping; record output figures and downtime on the production log; change over tooling and settings between product runs. Requirements: • Minimum matric / 10th pass preferred • Keen eye for detail on quality checks • Experience on a manufacturing or assembly line Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
