We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Franklin County, Idaho. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. 1+ years on the tools preferred. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
