Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Claiborne County, Mississippi. You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience.
