Rebar fixer wanted in Douglas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Douglas County, Georgia. You will be based on a commercial tower construction site. Requirements: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites On a typical shift you will assemble column and beam cages on the bench; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules.
