Requirements: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage The role involves: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
