Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Part-time with flexible hours.
