Immediate opening: butcher (West Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Tyler County, West Virginia. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Share your details and we will call you back.
