We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Webster County, West Virginia. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Rotating shifts.
