Scullery hand • Clay County, Nebraska

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Clay County, Nebraska. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Your main tasks: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
