Urgent requirement: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Calderdale, England. Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Willing to work rotating and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch Six days a week, one day off.
