Join our team: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Cowlitz County, Washington. The role involves read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
