Food and beverage server — Clallam County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Clallam County, Washington. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; clear and reset tables between covers; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
