Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
