You should have: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs.
