Day to day you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
