Urgent requirement: maintenance painter (Indiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Scott County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns Ideal candidate: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
