Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. The role involves wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
