We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Osceola County, Michigan. The role involves: • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
