Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Morgan County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
