Immediate opening: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Langlade County, Wisconsin. You will work in a refurbishment property. On the job you will handle: • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets You should have: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Six days a week, one day off. $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
