Concrete finisher — Jay County

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Jay County, Indiana. The role involves strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Requirements: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Rotating shifts. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
