Urgent requirement: confectioner (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
