You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Clear and reset tables between covers • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
