Great opportunity: civil works labourer (New York)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a civil works labourer in St. Lawrence County, New York. On a typical shift you will erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Physically fit and comfortable working at height At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
