Industrial painter • Saint Joseph County, Michigan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an industrial painter in Saint Joseph County, Michigan. Day to day you will cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; sand and fill walls before applying primer; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches. Requirements: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $260 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
