Catering cook wanted in Clarendon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Clarendon County, South Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred.
