TIG welder wanted in LaSalle County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a TIG welder in LaSalle County, Illinois. The role involves grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. You should have: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
