Bar bender and fixer wanted in Monroe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Monroe County, Kentucky. You will work on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. You will assemble column and beam cages on the bench; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
