Milling machinist • New Kent County, Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a milling machinist in New Kent County, Virginia. The job is in a die and mould making unit. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience You will read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
