On the job you will handle: • Replace exhaust systems and catalytic converters • Trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems • Estimate repair costs and order the right parts • Carry out oil and filter changes • Read fault codes and clear them after the repair You should have: • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • Confident using diagnostic scan tools Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
