Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Twin Falls County, Idaho. You will work at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
