Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Russell County, Kansas. You will be based on a busy residential building site. Your main tasks: • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust You should have: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
