Immediate opening: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Walla Walla County, Washington. The job is at a busy construction site. The role involves investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. Requirements: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Full-time with occasional weekends.
