Scaffolding charge hand wanted in Callaway County

Join our team: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Callaway County, Missouri. You will work at a high-rise building site. Your main tasks: • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts You should have: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
