Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Simpson County, Kentucky. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
