LGV Class 1 driver • Madison County, Kentucky

Vacancy available: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Madison County, Kentucky. The job is in a refrigerated transport fleet. Day-to-day duties: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
