Back-of-house cleaner — Amelia County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Amelia County, Virginia. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
