Urgent requirement: we are hiring a combi boiler installer in Cherokee County, Iowa. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations You will carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
