Great opportunity: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Marion County, Georgia. You will record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
