Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
