Join our team: plastering hand (Cross River State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plastering hand in Calabar South, Cross River State. You will be based on a busy domestic building site. Day-to-day duties: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork You should have: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
