Powder coating line operator — Causeway Coast and Glens

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Causeway Coast and Glens, Northern Ireland. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer £13 per hour plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
