You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Day-to-day duties: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying 2+ years on the tools preferred.
