Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Winnebago County, Illinois. You should have: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Day-to-day duties: • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters 4+ years on the tools preferred.
