Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Republic County, Kansas. You will be based at a banquet hall. The role involves: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
