Vacancy available: we are hiring a single needle operator in Jefferson County, Arkansas. You will work on an export house sewing floor. Ideal candidate: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory You will match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
